Common Questions Before You Reach Out

Do you work with companies outside Europe?
Yes, but most of our clients are European companies or have European operations. Our strength is bridging European business culture with global technical talent, so we work best with organizations that operate in or understand European markets.
What's your typical availability?
We respond to all inquiries within 1-2 business days. For new projects, we typically start within 2-4 weeks of agreement, depending on scope and our current commitments. We never rush projects to fit arbitrary timelines.
Do you sign NDAs?
Absolutely. We're happy to sign NDAs before any detailed discussions about your business. Confidentiality and trust are foundational to how we work.
What if we're not sure exactly what we need?
That's completely normal. Most clients start with "we need help with X" and through conversation, we clarify the real problem together. Our initial consultation helps us both understand whether we can help and what the actual challenge is.
What's your minimum project size?
We typically don't take on projects below €5,000. Small diagnostic projects can start at €3,000, but most meaningful transformation work requires more investment. We're honest about this upfront to avoid wasting anyone's time.
Do you offer ongoing support contracts?
Yes. After completing a project, we can arrange ongoing support, retainer relationships, or on-demand consulting as needed. Many clients start with a project and then maintain a relationship for continued support and new initiatives.
